Dear Dog Owner,
State law requires that all dogs over 6 months of age be licensed annually by December 31st. You may license your dog(s) at the Bowdoinham Town Office during regular office hours. Neutered dogs are $6.00 and non-neutered dogs are $11.00. MRSA Title 7§3922 determines the licensing and late dog fees.
On February 1st and April 1st additional fees are assessed. What does this mean to you? It will cost you the following (per dog) depending on the date that you come to the town office to license your dog and if it's neutered or non-neutered.
