Celebrate Bike Ride
Register at the Recreation Fields, 7:00-7:45am. $10 and free for kids 16 and under.  We have two route options; a 10 mile and a 20 mile route.  Both routes start & end at the Recreation Fields.
All proceeds to support the Bowdoinham Recreation Department!
Bowdoinham’s Best
Bring your entries Friday, Sept. 9th 9-6pm to the Grange Hall: KidsArts & Crafts, Kid-grown Vegetables, Recycled Creations, Bowdoinham-Grown Fruits & Vegetables, Flowers & Floral Designs,  Canned Goods and this year’s special theme is “all the colors of Bowdoinham”. Bowdoinham’s Best Pie Contest
Bring your pie, single or double crust any kind you want, to the Grange on Friday afternoon between 4:00 and 6:30pm.  Judging starts at 7pm.  If you can’t meet that schedule, contact Susan Brown at 837-0401 to make other arrangements.  Please provide your recipe when you bring your pie.  First place, $50, second place, $25, 3rd place, $10.  Pie will be sold by the slice on Saturday during Celebrate Bowdoinham.  Proceeds go to the Bowdoinham Food Pantry.  For more information, please contact Susan at 666-8162 or Brown_531@myfairpoint.net.
Kayaking Tours
The Town will be offering guifrf kayak tours for all ages and experience levels!  It will be $5 per person, children must be accompanied by an adult.  Tickets will be available at the Town Tent at Celebrate.
