PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
August 23, 2007

Item 1:        Call Regular Planning Board meeting to order

Members present: Baum, Oakes, Beltramini, Zachau, Woofenden, Shippen
Members absent:  Evans

Determine quorum and determine voting members

Woofenden will be a voting member for the meeting tonight.

Consideration of minutes for the July 26, 2007 meeting

Motion to approve the minutes with amendments
Vote 3-0 in favor, motion passes.  (Oakes, Zachau and Woofenden vote to approve, Baum, Beltramini and Shippen were not in attendance at the July 26, 2007 meeting)
