The Land Use Planning Committee (LUPC) is a committee comprised of members of the Planning Board and others appointed by the Select Board, charged with developing a new ordinance or set of ordinances for the regulation of the use of land in the Town of Bowdoinham.

The Biking, Walking & Paddling Committee has been working with Town Officials and Richard Rothe, a Transportation Planner to create the first Transportation Vision Statement for the Town. Rich Rothe is an accomplished planner who Bowdoinham is fortunately able to work with through our affiliation with Midcoast Council Business Development & Planning.
