I.      TITLE:
This ordinance shall be known and cited as the Animal Control Ordinance of the Town of Bowdoinham, Maine, and is referred to herein as “this ordinance”.

II.     AUTHORITY:
This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the enabling provisions of Article VIII, Part 2, Section 1 of the Maine Constitution, the Provisions of Title 30-A, MRSA Section 3001 (Home Rule).

III.    PURPOSE:

Members absent:  Evans

Determine quorum and determine voting members

Woofenden will be a voting member for the meeting tonight.

Consideration of minutes for the July 26, 2007 meeting

Motion to approve the minutes with amendments
