04/01/2020: Update Regarding COVID-19 Impact on Trash and Recycling in Bowdoinham
03/25/2020: As a result of the COVID19 State of Emergency the Bowdoinham Town Office and municipal buildings are closed to the public. While our Municipal Office is closed to the public, all Planning Board and CEO applications and application materials must be mailed to the Town Office at 13 School St, Bowdoinham, ME 04008. Planning Board applications should be mailed to the attention of Nicole Briand and CEO applications should be mailed to the attention of Darren Carey. 03/25/2020: Good morning Bowdoinham , The Recycle Barn will remain closed for the foreseeable future. Please do NOT drop off materials in the yard while we are not open. It creates a public health issue and is considered littering. Trash and recycling curbside pick up will continue as scheduled on Thursday mornings starting at 6am. Trash tags and recycle bags are available and can be purchased at the Bowdoinham hardware store.
03/21/2020: As a result of the COVID19 State of Emergency the Bowdoinham Town Office and municipal buildings will remain closed indefinitely. The Town Manager and Board of Selectmen will continue to monitor the situation. Further announcements will be posted as necessary. In the meantime, follow the precautions from the Center for Disease Control and stay safe and healthy.
03/20/2020: Public will have remote access to Selectmen’s meeting due to safety concerns
03/17/2020: Bowdoinham Public Library The library will not be open hours due to the Municipal Building being closed. During this closure, the Library has placed a little Library outside. One shelf of clean books to browse and borrow and one shelf of clean library books for folks who have specifically reserved them by email. Please email email@example.com with your titles or requests. 03/16/2020: As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Town of Bowdoinham is taking precautions to avoid the possible spread of the virus. The Town will be complying with States guidelines and restrictions and be following the Towns Emergency Response and Pandemic Flu Plan.
