06/03/2020:              Governors NEW Executive Order Reinstating Vehicle Registration Requirements  Note: 5/27/2020 Per Amended EO No. 53-A, this section of the Order is now in effect as revised.
05/27/2020: The Bowdoinham Select Board has approved waiving the interest and fees on late property tax payments (that were due in 2020), until April 30, 2020, as allowed by the Governor's executive order.
05/22/2020: As a society that is used to coming and going as we please, this pandemic has created many inconveniences. This is a novel virus with many unknowns and we must not take it lightly.  Restrictions are in place for everyone's health and safety and we must trust the Dr.'s and scientists that guide these decisions.   The town office has assured me that needed services can be accessed on-line.  Many regulations have been waived during this outbreak,  Town officials are also available by phone and email.  
05/21/2020: You can re-register vehicles and boats using the State's online system, please go to our online services page and follow the appropriate link - https://www.bowdoinham.com/page/online-services. OR you can use the process for new registrations below. For NEW registrations:
05/06/2020: The recently instituted curbside assistance has been halted due to illness as of May 14, 2020. The illness does not appear to be COVID related.  This action was taken as a precaution. Our utmost concern is for the health and safety of municipal employees and the public.
05/01/2020: For the month of May no trash tags are required for curbside pick-up in Bowdoinham. This will eliminate the need for residents to leave home in order to purchase trash tags. The town will cover the cost of trash pick up through the month of May.
