Transformative Art is an excellent way for tween and teen girls to explore their lives in a creative venue. Using creative expression, guided imagery and journaling girls will open up pathways to their true beauty and wise girl. Girls will be guided through an art-making process in a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere where they will learn to listen to their inner wise-voice and make personal shifts in awareness in a safe and supportive environment.
