Ice & Smelt Festival - Smelt Puppet Show

Merrymeeting's Arts Center's annual Ice & Smelt Festival will kick off with a puppet show. Renowned puppeteer Bridget McAlonan of Inventing Trees will direct members of the community in performing a this unique shadow puppet show based on Bryce Muir’s Local Myth “Smelt Makes the Ice”. Laughs and fun guaranteed for children and adults alike.
