Baseball & Softball

Bowdoinham Recreational Baseball and Softball are part of the Ararat Cal Ripken League we are joined by Bowdoin, Harpswell, Topsham and Richmond in this league.

We field T-ball level, Rookie level, Minors and Majors. This year residents will have the option of circling a Y OR N on your Baseball registration form.  This is to allow or not allow “pooling” of your player.

There are some who believe rosters are too big and causing deterioration in our playing numbers, to combat this they want to reduce roster sizes by having kids play in different towns to make more teams with less kids.

THIS IS TOTALLY OPTIONAL AND NOT GUARNTEED. EVEN BY CIRCLING YES YOUR PLAYER WOULD ONLY BE POOLED IF ROSTERS SIZES DEEMED SO.

Please read the changes attached to this year’s Registration Form.  If you have any questions at all please email me at Recreation@bowdoinham.com
