Sealed bids, plainly marked “Surplus Property Bid" on the outside of the mailing envelope, addressed to Nicole Briand, Director of Planning & Development, 13 School Street, Bowdoinham, Maine 04008 will be accepted until 10am on Friday, October 25, 2019:
Bidders will receive notification of the bid results by 2pm on October 25, 2019 via email. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder. In the case multiple highest bids are received, the item will be awarded to the highest bid received first.
Payment must be received by the Town before the bidder may take possession of their item. Items must be removed from Town property by noon on October 31, 2019. Items that are not paid for and removed by noon on October 31, 2019 will be offered to the next highest bidder.
All items are being sold “as is”, the Town is not responsible for any repairs. All sales are final.
