As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Town of Bowdoinham is taking precautions to avoid the possible spread of the virus.  The Town will be complying with States guidelines and restrictions and be following the Towns Emergency Response and Pandemic Flu Plan.

Effective immediately through March 27th, all municipal buildings are closed to the public and all Boards and Committee meetings are cancelled. We will be assessing the situation as things develop and update information as necessary.

The Recycling Barn is closed to the public but curbside recycling pick up will continue.

Public Works will be available and on call.  Fire and Police services remain unchanged.

After school activities containing 50 or more attendee’s and not considered vital to education will not be allowed in School buildings or on School property. Spring Sports Pre-season has been postponed until 4/27/2020 by the MPARemaining Baseball Clinics on Sundays at Mt. Ararat Gym have been cancelled for both Age groups 

Baseball assessments Scheduled for 3/28 and 3/29 are postponed and the Cal Ripken Board will re-evaluate after April 27th.

The Board of Selectmen request voluntary closing of local businesses.
