NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Town of Bowdoinham

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed revisions to the Land Use Ordinance to address Nonconformance, Site Plan Review General & Use Specific Standards and Select Board Marijuana Licensing.

Date of Public Hearing:  Thursday, April 15, 2021

Location:  Due to the COVID-19 the Town of Bowdoinham will be conducting public meetings via video conferencing. This is in accordance with emergency legislation (PL 2019, c. 617) enacted by the Maine legislature on March 17, 2020, which temporarily authorizes remote participation at municipal board and committee meetings by board members and the public.  The public may participate in the public hearing by computer or phone, please join the meeting a few minutes before it is scheduled to begin.  The instructions to join the meeting are below.

Time: 7:00pm
