We are so glad you have chosen to live here. Bowdoinham is a very active community with a lot going on. The Bowdoinham News is mailed to each household every other month and includes a lot of information about various groups and events so you can keep up to date with all the happenings. Town Services
Town Office - Stop by the Town Office to: register your vehicles, boats, and trailers; get your hunting and fishing license; get a birth certificate or marriage license; license your dog; pay your property taxes or water bill; get trash tags; or just say hi. The Town Office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30am to 4pm and Wednesday from 11am to 6pm at 13 School St. Our phone number is 666-5531.
Trash Pick-up & Recycling - The Town provides a trash pick-up service on Thursdays. Trash tags are $3.00 each and can be purchased at the Solid Waste Dept, Town Office, and the Country Store. Age-Friendly Bowdoinham - The Town of Bowdoinham is committed to providing services and advocacy that enable older residents of Bowdoinham to live in their homes for as long as possible as well as providing programs geared to keeping older adults active and engaged in the community.
