Hodde Jason | Select Board

Jason Hodde spent his childhood in rural Ada Township, MI, where he spent summers bailing hay and feeding cows with his father. He left Michigan for Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and subsequently spent 25 years working in the medical device industry in the areas of clinical research and medical education. In addition to his experience in the medical sciences, he is a certified nursing assistant and licensed athletic trainer with additional training in emergency medicine and first aid. 

Hodde helped in his in-laws purchase property in Bowdoinham in 2004 and immediately fell in love with Merrymeeting Bay, the eagles that keep close watch on the Muddy River, and the local citizens. He and his husband purchased their property outright in 2013 and were finally able to move to Bowdoinham full time in the summer of 2021.
