Emily Vail, high school English teacher - $350 award for “Oral            History” mini-grant proposal

 

Darcy Baggett, high school social worker - $250 award for “Project Grow” mini-grant proposal

 

Suzie Brawn, high school science teacher - $1,022.16 award for “Large Format for a Large Impact” mini-grant proposal

 

Sandy Bickford, middle school STEM teacher - $400 award for “Build your own Fly Rod and Learning how to Fly  Fish” mini-grant proposal

 

PJ O’Hanlon, middle school paraprofessional - $500 award for “Maple Syrup Production” mini-grant proposal

 

Meggin Farrell, classroom teacher at Woodside Elementary School - $300 award for “Project Based Learning/Playground Erosion at Woodside Elementary School” mini-grant proposal

 

               John Hawley, Mt. Ararat Middle School teacher – awarded a $1,000 mini-grant from Maine Environmental Education Association, and to accept the grant in the amount of $1,000

 

               Mt. Ararat Middle School awarded grant from the Midcoast Retired Educators Association in the amount of $300 for “3D Moulded Chocolate Awesomeness”  (STEM and Wellness Interdisciplinary), and to accept said grant funding in the amount of $300

 

               Mt. Ararat Middle School awarded grant from the Midcoast Retired Educators Association in the amount of $300 for “Wildlife in the Woods (Outdoor Adventure Focus”),  to accept said grant funding in the amount of $300

 

               Team Merrymeeting Walk-a-thon – raised over $5,000 for team field trips and activities
