Municipal Officers’ Notice of Public Hearing - October 8, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Select Board of the Town of Bowdoinham will hold two public hearings to hear public comment on:

 

  1. Warrant Article Question: Shall an ordinance entitled, “Solid Waste Management Ordinance” be enacted, repealing and replacing the Town’s Solid Waste Ordinance of 1994?”

     

  2. The possible abandonment or discontinuation of a portion of Dingley Road either with or without keeping a public easement. The portion of Dingley Road being referred to has not been maintained by the Town in over thirty years. 

 

Date of Public Hearing: Tuesday, October 8, 2024

Time:  6:30pm 

Location: Kendall Room of the John C. Coombs Municipal Building at 13 School Street in Bowdoinham.
