REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Riverview House Mitigation Assessment & Design

The Town of Bowdoinham is seeking bids for a contractor to evaluate mitigating natural hazards at the Riverview House associated infrastructure, and surrounding grounds (Map U01, Lot 001). The services shall prepare a scope of work, a budget, and a timeline for future planning and implementation/construction of hazard mitigation. More information is available in the RFP and addendums below.

Sealed Proposals plainly marked “Riverview House Proposal" on the outside of the mailing envelope, addressed to Yvette Meunier, Dir. of Planning & Development, 13 School Street, Bowdoinham, Maine 04008 will be accepted until 1pm (est) on Monday, September 29, 2025.
