06/01/2026 : The Town of Bowdoinham is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants interested in providing planning services to assist the Town with drafting a Waterfront Access & Resilience Plan, which will identify, evaluate, and design improvements for public fishing and paddle put-in sites across the community. Grant funds will be used to hire a qualified consultant team to conduct technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and concept design work.

05/29/2026 : Mark your calendar for the last Sunday in July: Open Farm & Studio Day is back! Join us Sunday, July 26 our annual celebration of Bowdoinham’s vibrant farming and creative community. Spend the day touring local farms and studios, picking up fresh flowers and farm goods, watching live demos, and meeting the makers behind the work. Then close out the day along the Cathance River with local food and live music at the annual Food Pantry benefit BBQ at Mailly Waterfront Park!
