10/16/2024 :  If mailing back your ballot, the Post Office suggests mailing it no later than OCTOBER 28th (not November). Absentee ballots must be received at the Town Office by 4pm on Monday, November 4th. The Town Office will be closed on November 5th for Elections; any hand delivered ballots must to brought to Elections at the Bowdoinham Community School for processing. We apologize for any confusion this has caused.

10/11/2024 : Information for former State of Maine Property Tax Stabilization ParticipantsOn October 9th letters were mailed to those residents who took part in the State of Maine Property Tax Stabilization Program for FY24.  This program froze tax bills for FY24 at the FY23 rate so participants did not see the increase other property owners experienced last year. In July 2023, the State of Maine repealed this program that many of our 65 and older residents took part in.
