05/28/2021: Interested in making a difference? Like work that is active, multi-faceted and challenging? The Town of Bowdoinham is currently seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Recreation Director and Older Adult Services Coordinator.
05/28/2021: Town Manager Nicole Briand and Select Board Vice Chair Jeremy Cluchey recorded a quick overview of the Warrant articles that will be voted on at the Town Meeting on June 9th, 2021.
The meeting starts promptly at 6:00pm at the Bowdoinham Community School Rec Fields, so please arrive early!
05/20/2021: The Town of Bowdoinham is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified accountants for auditing and related services for a three-year period, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
Two (2) unbound copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “AUDITOR RFP BIDS” to the Attn: Town Manager, Town of Bowdoinham, 13 School Street, Bowdoinham, ME 04008 by 9:00am, Wednesday, June 16, 2021. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the type of bid clearly indicated on the outside:

The Select Board will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2021, at 5:30pm remotely via Zoom to hear public comments on the proposed Town Meeting Warrant. 04/12/2021: The Bowdoinham Community Development Initiative (BCDI) has launched a new website for linking farmland owners and aspiring farmers in the town of Bowdoinham. The website is part of a larger Farmland Inventory Project aiming to help map the availability of farmland in town (current use, use restrictions, etc.) and identify and support landowners interested in making their land available for farming.
03/11/2021: The Town will be hosting a Roadside Clean Up and Bulky Waste Collection Day on April 17th in celebration of Earth Day.
Roadside Clean Up is from 8am to 1pm and Bulky Waste is collected from 8am to 4pm all at Public Works on 121 Pond rd.
