05/26/2022: Pratt Road will be closed in order for Public Works to replace cross culverts in-between 70 Pratt Road and Wilderness Lane on Thursday, June 9th from 9am to 3pm.

05/18/2022: The Town of Bowdoinham is pleased to continue to offer our popular “Tax Club Plan” which allows property owners to pay their annual property tax bill in monthly installments without incurring interest. This plan was first authorized by a vote at the Town Meeting in June 2014 and is expected to be offered again this July after Town Meeting approval.

05/12/2022: Keep an eye out for our Beautiful NEW Town Flags. They will be going up on the street poles this week!

05/06/2022: Spring is here. Cemetery plans and ideas are springing up with the flowers. The committee did not meet during the winter due to holidays, low membership, and not much to meet about. Elaine Diaz and Linda Williams continued work on organizing cemetery records and information. As the snow has receded, Sam Tome, Cassie Hensley and Linda Williams have been collecting GPS coordinates for the cemeteries and we plan to use them to accurately map locations of all known burial grounds in Bowdoinham and some that border with Bowdoin and Richmond. We have three new members on the BCAC; P.J.
05/05/2022: The Bowdoinham Farmers' Market returns Saturday, June 11th to the Mailly Waterfront Park! Every Saturday from 8:30 to noon you'll find a cornucopia of delicious and beautiful provisions just a stroll down the hill from the blinking light. Fresh baked bread, crisp organic veggies, grass fed meat, milk and cheese, tasty snacks, beautiful flowers, seedlings and fresh fruit.
05/05/2022: The Cathance Meadow Trail area will be getting a new, fresh look this spring thanks to a Volunteer Work Day. The area, located on the 20+ acre town-owned parcel in the village, has gone through the steps of planning, design work, permitting, and preparation. Now, with the help of volunteers, we can take the next step of making it hiker and dog friendly.
05/01/2022: The Select Board will hold a public hearing on May 10, 2022, at 6:30pm in the Kendall Meeting Room of the John C. Coombs Municipal Building at 13 School Street, Bowdoinham.
